How is my reading place saved?

The two thin lines at the sides of the text are your reading guide. Your place is saved as you pause and leave the reader. Long press either line, then drag it to the height you prefer.

I scrolled away by accident.

Open History and choose an earlier checkpoint. Its date, topic, and book dart help you find the place you want. You can also save a checkpoint from the reader.

How does daily learning work?

Start or adjust a daily plan from Home. Choose approximately 5, 10, or 20 minutes and a starting place, including a saved checkpoint. Reading times are estimates; lessons finish at paragraph boundaries, so some will take longer. This is a personal plan, not an official published study cycle.

Can I read offline?

Yes. The bundled Hebrew library, search, reading places, and daily lessons work offline. Opening a new related source requires an internet connection; sources already cached on this device can be read offline.

Does progress sync between devices?

Progress is stored on this device. There is no account or automatic cross-device sync. Deleting the app removes its local data; your Apple device backup settings determine whether a backup can restore it. Avoid deleting the app when troubleshooting saved progress.

Report a problem

Include the app version from Settings, your iPhone or iPad model, and what happened. For a text issue, include the topic, halachah, and section reference. Please send only information you are comfortable sharing.
